All lending programs offered by Bridgestar Capital are limited to non-owner-occupied real estate. We do not lend on:

  • Primary residences
  • Homestead properties
  • Owner-occupied residential properties
  • Consumer-purpose real estate transactions

Any request involving owner-occupied property or consumer-purpose use may be declined.


3. No Loan Commitment or Approval

Information provided on this website, including loan programs, rates, points, fees, timelines, payment examples, funding scenarios, and calculator results, is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes:

  • A commitment to lend
  • A loan approval

Bridgestar Capital is not acting as a real estate broker, real estate sales agent, or mortgage broker through this website unless expressly disclosed otherwise in writing through a properly licensed individual or entity. Bridgestar Capital does not, through this website, offer licensed brokerage services such as:

  • Listing property for sale
  • Representing buyers or sellers in a brokerage capacity
  • Negotiating real estate transactions on behalf of others for a commission
  • Providing licensed agency representation

6. Referral Relationships

Any referral relationship, partner relationship, or referral compensation offered by Bridgestar Capital is subject to applicable law and may not be available in all transactions or jurisdictions. Referral fees or compensation, if any, will only be offered where lawful and where such arrangements do not require a real estate broker, sales agent, mortgage loan originator, or other licensed professional unless all required licenses are held and the arrangement is handled in compliance with applicable law.
